ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Race Day Check-in will be held  at Memory Lake Park. Pre-registration on Friday night (Location TBD). Pre-Race dinner provided by Kozy Kitchen will be a free-will donation Baked Potato Bar.
  • At check-in you will receive your course information, bib number & chip for timing, race bag and shirt.
  • During the course talk we will review the course information and safety instructions – to be held  at Memory Lake Park near the flag pole / starting line.
  • We will have approximately 4 waves of start times, beginning at 9:00 am with next wave to begin five minutes later. You will find out your wave # during registration (emailed and posted online prior to the event if possible) – designate your preferred wave when you register for the event. If you want to be placed in the same wave as another participant, please let us know by Friday, May 4: info@bikepaddlerun.com
  • Racers will receive free post-race refreshments (may include milk, beer, sport drink, banana, string cheese, protein bar). We will also have a vendor after the race offering lunch items. Some water stations will also include a free energizing drink option.
